[鸡饭] 何记（文昌）正宗海南鸡饭 @ Kolombong, KK

发现自己都不怎么写自己经常去吃东西的地方，这家位于Kolombong Giant 霸级市场对面的“何记”算是其一，在这里记录一下。

今天要介绍的是何记"金字塔形"的（文昌）正宗海南鸡饭！这金字塔型的海南鸡饭还是第一次见过，在Kolombong工业区、Giant Hypermarket的对面而已。何记的第一间店开在沙巴斗湖（Tawau），是不是老字号就要问过斗湖人才知道了。我想问一问：他们是不是海南人？

但说真的，是不是海南人其实也不太重要，就如海南鸡饭的鸡不是养自“海南文昌”一样。招牌上强调“文昌”一字，就说明了这鸡饭是用传统海南鸡饭的烹调方法來做的。
