Cafe De Vie 的 Mille Crepe 千层蛋糕 @ Lintas Plaza, KK

Mille Crepe 是来自法国的蛋糕。Crepe其实是一种用面糊作的食物，用平底锅煎至金黄，可以是甜食或作咸的，是法国人的美食。Mille 是千层的意思。至于Mille Crepe是如何出现的呢？就恕我无法在这里一一解释了，因为真的没有听说过！几年前一炮而红的Nadeje（在马六甲）一直以来都是我的首选，觉得他们的Mille Crepe是所有Mille Crepe的Gold Standard、也就是典范。无论蛋糕的湿度、甜度、crepe本身的硬度（煎到太硬会比较难切吧？）以及奶油的分量。放太多鲜奶油会令人觉得太腻、太沉重呀！

亚庇第一家卖Mille Crepe的店终于开了，叫做Cafe De Vie, 就在Lintas Plaza。Cafe De Vie面向高尔夫球练习场、并与Brooklyn、Moo Cow Cafe等餐厅同排、相信并不难找！
